Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at St. Joseph's Care Group in Thunder Bay, ON. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work closely with our interprofessional team to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to clients with various physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote client independence and functional ability.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and interventions to address client needs.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

  • Registration or eligibility for registration with the College of Occupational Therapists.
  • Experience working in an inter-professional environment.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and teaching skills.
  • Demonstrated regular attendance at work.

Working Conditions:

This position requires a Police Vulnerable Sector Check (PVSC) and proof of COVID-19 vaccination or valid medical exemption.
