Administration Operations Manager

Our client is seeking an Administration Operations Manager to oversee the execution and daily operations for both new and existing clients. This position is pivotal in developing protocols and frameworks for the team, while also managing resources effectively to ensure operational efficiency and client satisfaction. The role reports directly to the Vice President of Group Claims and Administration.

Your success will be defined by your ability to:
  • Leverage your extensive expertise in the group benefits sector, crafting processes and optimal solutions to support the ongoing growth of the client portfolio.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both Plan Administrators and members.
  • Oversee the recruitment process and foster the development of the administration and claims teams in alignment with current and future client needs.
  • Assist in initiatives and inquiries for enhancements to the administration systems aimed at improving client experience.
Your strengths include:
  • 5+ years of experience in the group benefits industry.
  • A Post Secondary Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience.
  • Certification as an Employee Benefits Specialist is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Possession of a Life and Accident & Sickness License is beneficial but not required.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
