Administration Operations Manager

Our client is seeking an Administration Operations Manager to oversee their administrative functions. This position is crucial for the execution and daily management of administrative tasks for both new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will establish effective processes and protocols for the team while efficiently managing resources to enhance client satisfaction. This role will report directly to the Vice President of Group Claims and Administration.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Leveraging extensive knowledge of the group benefits sector to create processes and best practice solutions that align with the current and future growth of the client base.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to both Plan Administrators and members.
  • Overseeing the recruitment process and development of the administration and claims teams to fulfill current and future client needs.
  • Facilitating initiatives and inquiries for enhancements in the administration systems to improve client experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the group benefits industry.
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership capacity.
  • Certification as an Employee Benefits Specialist is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Life and Accident & Sickness License is beneficial but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Word and Excel.
