Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Western Fuels Ltd. as an Administrative Officer - Operations Support. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including preparing reports, managing files, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between the operations team and other departments, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Office Management: Assist in the management of the office, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ordering supplies, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Education and Experience: The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
