Position Overview

As a **Heavy Equipment Mechanic** at RSR Road Surface Recycling Limited, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of our machinery. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining our fleet and ensuring operational efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years and up to 3 years of relevant experience in heavy equipment maintenance.
Work Environment

You will be working in various locations, adapting to different work settings as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and inspect machinery to identify faults and malfunctions.
  • Utilize computerized and other diagnostic tools to assess the extent of repairs needed.
  • Manage parts inventory and order necessary components.
  • Adjust machinery and perform repairs or replace defective parts as required.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance reports and documentation.
  • Conduct performance tests on repaired equipment to ensure compliance with manufacturers' specifications.
  • Execute routine maintenance tasks to uphold equipment functionality.
Travel Requirements

Willingness to travel as part of the job is essential.

Work Schedule
