Strategic Product Management Leader

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Product Management leader to join our team at T-Net British Columbia. As the VP of Product Management, Digital Banking, you will be responsible for defining and building our strategic roadmap and vision for digital banking products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft a comprehensive vision for the next generation of digital banking products, working closely with the executive team to ensure alignment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, client development, and client delivery, to develop and launch winning go-to-market strategies and deliver client success.
- Lead the transformation of our organizational culture from a product-focused approach to a client-centric one.
- Identify disruptors, threats, and partners in the digital banking space, leveraging data and analytics to evaluate current and future technologies and their applications in banking.
- Grow, hire, train, and lead a high-performing team of Product Managers and Product Owners, establishing the overall direction and strategic initiatives for Product Management.
- Drive innovation and experimentation, creating an R&D culture where new ideas are rapidly prototyped and tested as Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).
- Evangelize our products and services, acting as the ultimate user advocate and championing customer-centric design thinking.
- Partner with Canadian financial leaders to understand market trends and define our product vision.
- Evaluate and mature our Product Management practices, tooling, approach, and methods to ensure alignment with industry best practices.
- Represent our company in Product Management communities, speaking, hosting, and participating at events to build our talent brand and pipeline.
- Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, working closely with all departments to execute.
- Champion Agile and DevOps culture, mindset, and processes to drive efficiency and quality in our product development.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with a strong track record of success.
- 5+ years of senior leadership experience, with a proven ability to lead and manage high-performing teams.
- MBA or equivalent experience, with a strong understanding of business operations and strategy.
- Exceptional reputation as a bold thought leader, with a deep understanding of customer-centric product design and data-driven decision making.
- Passionate about delivering products that bring real value to customers, with a strong entrepreneurial attitude and drive.
- Proven ability to manage and lead change, introducing process improvement and driving business growth.
