The Senior Product Management Leader for relationship retail is responsible for steering the product strategy and guiding teams that enhance our omni-channel offerings related to customer identity, consent and privacy, customer acquisition, customer accounts, enterprise pricing and promotions, as well as product catalog management.

Key Responsibilities:- Recruit and mentor product managers within your team, adopting the roles of manager, coach, or mentor as necessary.
- Collaborate with essential stakeholders to ensure alignment of the product portfolio with the overarching company strategy, while respecting the autonomy of individual product managers.
- Maintain close coordination with your engineering counterpart, the software development lead, to guarantee that your product group is adequately staffed and meeting performance expectations.
- Oversee a substantial profit and loss (P&L) budget for your product group's resources, licenses, and expenditures.
- Cultivate a culture of product enthusiasm, driving strategic initiatives and providing clear vision and direction in all interactions.
- Act as a people manager, a roadmap advisor for the portfolio, and a product expert within your area of focus.
- 7-10 years of experience in product management, demonstrating progressive levels of responsibility.
- Proven experience in leading loyalty and membership initiatives.
- Track record of successfully executing large-scale projects.
- Experience in people leadership, including recruitment, hiring, coaching, and mentorship.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and delivering products to production in regular cycles.
