About the Role: Contract Management Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Contract Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that BCLC's contractual agreements are effectively managed, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including vendor agreements, service level agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their contractual needs and provide expert guidance on contract terms and conditions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documentation in our contract management system.
  • Monitor contract performance and identify potential risks or issues.
  • Develop and implement best practices for contract management within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with contract management software.
  • A commitment to ethical conduct and compliance.
