As a CPFR Supply Chain Analyst, you will be accountable for delivering supply chain business results, identifying and addressing inefficiencies, and building relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver key customer and internal supply chain targets
  • Conduct data analysis to identify and address inefficiencies
  • Drive out unnecessary costs and create process improvements
  • Strategically manage key orders and delivery performance
  • Prepare reports to support business analysis
  • Provide customers with order status reports and coordinate shipping
  • Manage master data with customers
  • Conduct analyses on forecast and order data to improve forecast accuracy
  • Collaborate with customers on supply chain systems settings

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-7 years' experience in a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferred understanding of SAP
  • Results-oriented and detail-oriented
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
