Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Operations Manager to join our team at Taj Grace of India Restaurant Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Food Procurement and Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Team Supervision and Training: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Quality Control and Assurance: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Staff Management and Development: Establish work schedules, hire food service staff, and provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities, newcomers, and refugees.
- Operational Efficiency: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and implement efficient kitchen operations to minimize waste and maximize productivity.
- Education and Experience: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Personal Qualities: Client focus, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
