Kitchen Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at Taj Grace Of India. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that our food is prepared to the highest standards and that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and dishwashers
- Plan and prepare menus, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and presentation
- Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients and supplies
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Train and develop kitchen staff, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance
- Monitor and control food costs, ensuring that they are within budget
- Develop and implement new menu ideas and concepts
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a kitchen management role
- Proven track record of success in managing kitchen staff and operations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
- Ability to train and develop kitchen staff
