Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Quality Control: Develop and implement menus, manage food inventory, and oversee food preparation to ensure consistency and quality.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and dishwashers, to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory Management: Manage kitchen inventory, including food, supplies, and equipment, to minimize waste and optimize resources.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive excellent service and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Health and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
- Financial Management: Manage kitchen budgets, including labor costs, food costs, and supplies, to ensure that we are operating within our means.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Excellent culinary skills, strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
