- Staff Training: Train and develop security personnel in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
- Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 5-10 security personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Work Conditions: Work in a fast-paced environment, combining sitting, standing, and walking, and working under pressure to ensure the safety and security of all individuals.
- Personal Suitability: Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, client focus, flexibility, initiative, judgement, and reliability, working effectively as a team player.
