- Provide exceptional customer service by answering telephone calls, relaying messages, and responding to electronic enquiries.
- Compile data, statistics, and other information to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents.
- Perform data entry and maintain digital databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Word.
- Experience with MS Office and electronic mail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload.

- Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of productivity.
