Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at EDO Japan. As a key member of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring exceptional quality and service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Food Preparation: Lead a team of food preparation staff, ensuring efficient and effective meal preparation and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate supplies of ingredients and equipment.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that food and service meet our high standards.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
  • Team Development: Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
