About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SRA Wainwright Restaurants Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff

Lead and direct a team of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality standards are met.

Maintain Quality Control Standards

Ensure that food and service meet the highest quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.

Record Keeping and Reporting

Accurately maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.

Assembly and Delivery of Food

Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring timely and efficient service.

Work Scheduling

Establish and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.

Requirements
  • Leadership and Supervisory Experience

1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, with a proven track record of leading and directing a team.

Education and Certifications

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate, with relevant certifications or training in food service management.

Physical and Mental Demands

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Personal Qualities

Team player with initiative, able to work collaboratively with colleagues and management.
