Wainwright Burger Baron & Twins Pizza is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management and be able to lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

* Manage food and kitchen supplies to ensure efficient operations
* Train and develop staff to meet quality control standards
* Estimate ingredient and supply needs for meal preparation
* Hire and supervise food service staff
* Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
* Prepare food order summaries for the chef
* Establish work schedules and ensure timely delivery of food trolleys

Requirements:

* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service management
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* High school diploma or equivalent
