Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Officer to join our team at Staff Shop Inc. This is a permanent role that offers a dynamic work environment.

Work Schedule

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years and less than 3 years in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign tasks to office support personnel.
  • Set work priorities and ensure adherence to procedures and deadlines.
  • Execute administrative functions of the organization.
  • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodations, relocations, equipment, supplies, forms, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security.
  • Assist in preparing the operational budget and maintain inventory and budgetary oversight.
  • Compile data and generate periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Provide training to staff members.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative processes.
  • Manage budget planning and expenditures.
  • Recruit and hire personnel and manage related staffing activities.
  • Organize events.
Supervisory Responsibilities

No supervisory responsibilities are required for this position.

Technical Skills
  • Proficient in electronic mail.
  • Familiarity with Google Drive and Google Docs.
Travel Requirements

Personal transportation is necessary.
