Job Summary
Troy Life & Fire Safety is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team. As a Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our branch, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our technicians in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the manager/supervisor in administrative tasks, including scheduling technicians for pre-scheduled inspections, deficiency repairs, and service work.
- Coordinate with preferred subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Prepare quotes and proposals, and process documents with accuracy and efficiency.
- Field requests from customers for service calls and contact customers to pre-arrange services.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and high level of computer proficiency.
- Experience in dispatching and scheduling/coordinating service personnel required.
- Ability to adjust to constantly changing priorities and strong organizational skills.
- Good customer service skills and 2-year diploma in Office Administration/Business program or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Industry experience preferred.
