Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team at LendCare, a subsidiary of goeasy Ltd. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for achieving targeted area volume goals through a disciplined sales approach and by providing outstanding levels of service to our retail partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve targeted area volume goals by providing exceptional sales support to our retail partners
  • Engage and maintain active and inactive clientele, integrating them into our partnership programs
  • Communicate with dealers to assist them in processing loan documents, meeting credit stipulations, and facilitating document requirements to achieve sales targets
  • Pursue market growth within assigned market areas by managing the volume, flow, and yield of a dealer loan application pipeline
  • Effectively communicate competitive advantages to ensure proper product positioning within dealerships

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and French - verbal and written
  • Experience in retail customer service/sales, telemarketing, or payday lending
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional and pleasant telephone manner
  • Availability to work full-time in a downtown office
