Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Walden Nails. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining a positive and professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, respond to inquiries, and provide information on our services and policies.
- Administrative Support: Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, handling phone calls, and maintaining accurate records.
- Communication: Relay messages, answer phone calls, and provide directory assistance to clients and staff.
- Organizational Skills: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including filing and sorting documents, and performing other clerical duties as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
