Front Desk Representative

Hotel Arts Group is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a key member of our Front Desk Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to guest concerns and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure guest satisfaction through proactive and positive communication.
- Review guest reservations for accuracy and completeness.
- Manage guest accounts and folios, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and departments to ensure seamless guest service.
- Provide guests with information and assistance as needed, including check-in and check-out, luggage handling, and reservations.
Requirements:
- 1-2+ years of experience in Front Office Operations, Housekeeping, or Rooms.
- Knowledge of Opera or other Property Management Systems is an asset.
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management is an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive, professional, and motivating personality.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
