Job Summary:The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling room reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Services: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
- Room Management: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide general information about points of interest in the area.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, and perform clerical duties such as faxing, filing, and photocopying.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player.
- Training: Will train.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
- Language: English.
