Aquapak Industries Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities- Payroll Processing: Prepare and process payroll for all employees, including calculating gross and net salaries, deductions, and benefits.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee attendance, leave, and overtime, using manual or computerized systems.
- Reporting: Prepare and balance period-end reports, reconcile issued payrolls to bank statements, and compile statistics and reports as required.
- Benefits Administration: Complete and submit documentation for the administration of benefits, such as pension plans, leaves, share savings, employment, and medical insurance.
- Employee Communication: Inform employees about payroll matters and benefit plans, and provide excellent customer service.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Kronos, human resources software, MS Excel, and MS Windows.
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a payroll or related role.
- Skills: Attention to detail, tight deadlines, accurate, excellent oral and written communication, organized, reliability, and team player.
- Hybrid Work Environment: A combination of remote and in-office work.
