Job Summary

VIA COURIER is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Communication: Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, answer electronic enquiries, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Support Services: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Permanent employment
  • 30 to 35 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
