Senior Manager, Distribution Operations

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Manager, Distribution to lead our Distribution Center operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Distribution Center, ensuring that all operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Warehouse Operations: Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory integrity in our automated environment.
- Business Growth: Support the rapid scaling of our business with a service-oriented approach, while ensuring operational controls and discipline are in place.
- Operational Efficiency: Ensure efficient and cost-effective operations with a balance between high efficiency rates and a superior service level for all business channels, including e-Commerce, Retail, and B2B.
- Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate and work cross-functionally with key internal and external partners, such as Logistics, Planners, Dealers, and Customer Service Representatives, to produce outcomes in line with the company's vision.
- Team Leadership: Build effective relationships with cross-functional partners in Planning, Logistics, Finance, and other departments, and foster an environment of open communication where people feel comfortable sharing feedback for maximum engagement.
- Performance Metrics: Set challenging productivity targets and enroll the entire team to achieve them, maintaining performance metrics for the department and reporting results to Senior Management regularly.
- Health and Safety: Implement industry-compliant health and safety practices and create a safe and fun work environment at all times.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or other equivalent discipline.
- Experience: 8+ years' experience in Distribution Center leadership, distribution automation, apparel, or retail operations.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Financial Skills: Strong financial and budgeting skills.
- Health and Safety Knowledge: Knowledge of health, safety, and security practices at commercial/industrial facilities.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required to meet company objectives.
- Decision-Making Skills: Excellent decision-making and problem-resolution skills.
- Microsoft Office Skills: Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
We offer a competitive salary range of $122,000 - $152,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
