Your Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients to address account, transactional, and product inquiries
- Resolve client requests and collaborate with other teams as necessary to deliver a positive client experience
- Maintain a professional demeanor and build strong relationships with every client interaction
- Stay up-to-date on our investment products and services to provide accurate information and insights
- Contribute to a supportive team environment that fosters growth and development
Your Qualifications:
- Possess a post-secondary education and relevant certifications in the financial services industry
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service excellence and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences
- Have experience in a contact center role within the financial services industry, with a proven track record of success
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and navigate various computer applications
- Display a willingness to learn and grow professionally, with a focus on continuous improvement
