Security Operations Coordinator

The Portfolio Resource Coordinator is a key member of the Paladin Security team, responsible for ensuring seamless coordination and strategic scheduling support for assigned Client Service Teams. This role requires a proactive approach to addressing resource needs, filling open shifts, and reducing overtime through strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Strategically identify open shifts and work with the Client Service Team to ensure schedules are complete and adhere to contractual obligations.
- Work within a dynamic team environment with multiple operational stakeholders, including Site Supervisors, Security Guards, CSMs, Senior Management, and the Operations Centre.
- Fulfill cancellations and openings in the daily schedule as prescribed to the PRC based on coverage type.
- Coordinate with the Client Service Team to ensure staffing needs are met and proactively addressed.
- Develop knowledge of Paladin's contractual obligations for assigned portfolios, including site visitations, ongoing training, and a close working relationship with Paladin's management group.
- Support and process submissions related to assigned portfolios.
- Take on a significant role in Paladin's deployment process and provide updates to stakeholders as needed.
- Work with Paladin's TEAM software to ensure accurate and timely scheduling, billing, and payroll.
- Complete daily and weekly reports to send to the management team.
- Post-secondary education in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Employment Standards Legislation and Human Rights Legislation.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, problem-solve, and execute solutions.
- Strong working knowledge in MS Office. Previous experience with Scheduling Software is considered an asset.
- Manitoba Driver's License.
- Manitoba Security Guard License.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Valid Manitoba Security Guard License.
