Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Impact Security Group Inc. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Coordinate Security Operations
    • Plan and schedule security events, programs, and activities to ensure seamless execution.
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Supervise and Train Security Personnel
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring they are equipped to handle emergency situations.
    • Train security personnel in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Prepare and Submit Reports
    • Prepare and submit progress reports and other relevant documentation to management.
  • Client Focus and Communication
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their security needs are met.
    • Communicate effectively with clients, employees, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a security-related field.
  • Language and Communication
    • Fluency in English.
  • Personal Suitability
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong problem-solving and judgment skills.
