Job Summary

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Application Support Analyst to join our team on a 12-month contract basis. As an Application Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and administering integrated applications to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to internal stakeholders, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Application Administration: Administer and maintain integrated applications, ensuring they meet the required standards and service levels.
  • Problem Management: Collaborate with the Problem Management team to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring root cause analysis and effective resolution.
  • System Administration: Perform additional system administration and application support duties as required, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems.
  • Project Support: Provide support to projects and initiatives as required, ensuring timely completion and effective delivery.
Requirements
  • Experience: 8+ years' experience in an Application Support role, including on-call and deployments/after-hours activities.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational proficiency, and experience with users onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge in Active Directory, SSO, Account Access Provision, Access Review, and experience provisioning accounts for Market Data systems.
