Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Schedule Coordinator to join our team at MS DRYWALL LTD.. This role is essential in ensuring that our construction projects are executed efficiently and effectively.

Education Requirements
  • Completion of College or CEGEP program

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate detailed plans to prioritize tasks and resources
  • Adjust the type and quantity of materials needed for production and construction projects
  • Monitor and finalize work orders
  • Coordinate activities with various departments and work units
  • Interpret blueprints, specifications, and production drawings
  • Troubleshoot work-related issues, offering technical guidance and suggesting improvements for productivity and quality
  • Compile and maintain worksheets and specifications for orders
  • Estimate materials and labor requirements for projects
  • Oversee project management tasks
  • Assign, review, and coordinate work
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Manage personnel dispatch during emergencies
  • Schedule assignments and coordinate the activities of operators, crews, and equipment
