About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Schedule Coordinator to join our team at MS DRYWALL LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Material Management: Revisions to type and quantity of materials required for production, construction, and other projects.
  • Work Order Tracking: Monitor and complete work orders in a timely manner.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Technical Expertise: Read blueprints, written specifications, and production drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Compile worksheets and specifications of orders, and estimate type and quantity of materials and labor required for production, construction, and other projects.
  • Project Management: Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Emergency Response: Dispatch personnel as required by emergency situations.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment.
