We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at MS DRYWALL LTD.

Job Summary:

The Construction Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling construction projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring timely completion and coordination with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and manage project resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel.
  • Track and monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project records, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP diploma in a related field, such as construction management or project management.
  • 1-2 years of experience in construction project coordination or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Proficiency in project management software, such as MS Project or Asana.
