Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at MS Drywall LTD.

Job Summary:

The Construction Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning and organizing daily operations, preparing and submitting construction project budget estimates, and recruiting, hiring, and supervising staff and/or volunteers. This role will also involve hiring and supervising subcontractors, planning and preparing construction schedules and milestones, and monitoring progress.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement daily schedules and workflows to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Prepare and Submit Budget Estimates: Create and submit detailed budget estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment costs.
  • Recruit, Hire, and Supervise Staff: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to support project execution.
  • Hire and Supervise Subcontractors: Hire and supervise subcontractors to ensure timely and quality project execution.
  • Plan and Prepare Construction Schedules: Develop and implement construction schedules and milestones to ensure project completion on time.
  • Monitor Progress: Regularly monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in construction project coordination or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
Work Environment:

The Construction Project Coordinator will work in a fast-paced construction environment, requiring the ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
