About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide in-depth technical guidance to our customers. This role requires a support-oriented individual with strong investigative and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document and track support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote meetings during business hours and after-hours.
- Collaborate with a team of technical support representatives to efficiently prioritize and resolve issues affecting products and systems used by our customer base.
- Maintain a mindset of continuous improvement through the design, development, and implementation of support processes, systems, and technology to enhance the technical support function.
- Build long-term relationships with our customer base by providing exceptional customer support.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in satellite or wireless communication companies.
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
- Excellent communication and customer support skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Availability to work after-hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Superb analytical and logical troubleshooting skills.
