Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at TAQWA PRODUCT INC. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, design team, and other store personnel.
    • Provide guidance and support to staff members to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Operations Management
    • Assign sales staff to duties and ensure efficient use of resources.
    • Authorize payments by cheque and manage store finances.
    • Order merchandise and manage inventory levels.
    • Authorize returns and exchanges of merchandise.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
    • Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Store Maintenance
    • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stockroom operations.
    • Ensure store appearance and maintenance meet company standards.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail supervisory role.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule
    • 35 hours per week.
