About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a coordinator role, specifically within Water and Sewer construction. Key responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with clients, sub-contractors, vendors, and the project team
  • Preparing regular progress reports and project documentation
  • Coordinating tender and contract preparation, including bid assembly and tracking
  • Maintaining safety records and conducting basic safety audits
  • Compiling close-out checklists and submitting close-out documents
  • Participating in project meetings and preparing meeting minutes
  • Providing administrative support, including scheduling meetings and preparing correspondence

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a coordinator role, specifically within Water and Sewer construction
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to understand architectural and engineering drawings and specifications
  • Experience working with AutoCAD and 3D models
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and MS Project
  • Proven ability to understand construction contract terminology
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work on multiple projects simultaneously
