As a Project Coordinator, you will engage in intricate projects that provide substantial opportunities for both personal and professional development. The organizational culture emphasizes excellence in service delivery, craftsmanship, and safety.

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in a coordination role, particularly in Water and Sewer projects.
  • Outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in interpreting architectural and engineering plans and specifications.
  • Experience with AutoCAD and 3D modeling software.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and a fundamental understanding of MS Project.
  • Familiarity with construction contract terminology is advantageous.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills, capable of managing several projects concurrently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Act as a liaison between clients, subcontractors, vendors, and the project team.
  • Generate regular progress reports to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Draft subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, and site instructions.
  • Assist in the preparation of tenders and contracts, collaborating with the Estimator to compile bids and manage inquiries.
  • Maintain safety documentation and conduct basic safety audits.
  • Compile and submit Close-out documents, including Certificates of Completion and Certificates of Publication.
  • Participate in project meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
