Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team at Recruiting For Less. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the order to fulfillment process, tracking production, assembly, delivery, installation, and commissioning of equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of projects, including sales, engineering, operations, and manufacturing.
  • Project Planning: Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project execution.
  • Scheduling and Factory Loading: Assist in scheduling and factory loading discussions to optimize production and delivery.
  • Project Monitoring: Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Quality and Delivery: Ensure that all project objectives are met, including quality standards, delivery timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Reporting: Support reporting on variances on standard production costs/budget costs and KPI reporting.
  • Client Liaison: Liaise with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are managed.
  • Project Status Reports: Prepare regular project status reports for the management team.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years project coordination experience.
  • Project Management: Expertise in project management, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with various departments.
  • Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with design, production, and engineering teams to determine how products and services could be made or modified to suit customer needs.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Project Management Tools: Experience with project management tools and software.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the liquid foods market and Fruit Juice industry is a plus.
  • Process Equipment: Knowledge of process equipment of Refrigeration equipment is a plus.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills.
