Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience at our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Member Services: Greet members and guests enthusiastically, ensuring a positive culture at the club.
  • Opening Procedures: Ensure that the club is prepared for opening, including checking in members and guests, and processing transactions.
  • Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner, resolving issues and providing solutions.
  • Membership Management: Monitor member check-ins to identify delinquent accounts, and ensure that members are aware of their account status.
  • Club Operations: Assist with club operations, including processing point of sale transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized facility.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Promote club events, group fitness classes, and other in-club activities to members and guests.
Qualifications
  • Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service, with a positive attitude and outstanding communication skills.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve club goals and objectives.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, and able to learn club-specific software and systems.
  • Education: High school diploma required.
