- Process Information: Obtain and process information required to provide customer service, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide customer service to clients and the public.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining records, processing information, and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.
- Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Office and electronic mail, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technology.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, with attention to detail, and possess efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, and flexibility.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Permanent Employment: A stable and secure employment opportunity with KIMDO SERVICES LTD.
- English Language: A work environment where English is the primary language spoken.
