About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Dream Touch Kitchen Cabinets Ltd. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and schedules
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop and implement efficient administrative processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
