About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Sourcing Manager to lead a new team that supports specialized sourcing requirements for specific NSH programs and categories. The successful candidate will have a strong background in procurement and supply chain management, with experience in leading teams and developing strategic sourcing initiatives.

The Sourcing Manager will work closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize sourcing needs, develop and implement sourcing strategies, and manage the procurement process from start to finish. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in business, science, or engineering, and a recognized professional supply chain designation (SCMP) or equivalent. They will also have a minimum of 5 years of management experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering results and improving processes.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who is passionate about procurement and supply chain management. The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with IT-driven supply chain systems
  • A solid understanding of supply chain processes and key performance indicators

Hours and Compensation

This is a permanent, full-time position with a salary of $53.67 per hour. Successful candidates may be eligible for our benefits package, which includes health, dental, travel, long-term disability, and life insurance coverage, as well as a defined benefit pension plan.
