About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Non Stop Cargo Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management on logistics operations, including metrics on efficiency and productivity.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Staff Development: Arrange training for staff to improve their skills and knowledge in logistics operations.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting performance expectations.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Operational Planning: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization.
Supervision

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their performance expectations.
