RGC LOGISTICS LTD. is seeking a skilled Logistics Operations Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our organization. The ideal candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience and a secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Key responsibilities include coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery. The successful candidate will also be responsible for arranging for maintenance and repair work, resolving work problems, and providing technical advice. Additionally, they will train workers in duties and policies, arrange training for staff, conduct performance reviews, and coordinate, assign, and review work. The Logistics Operations Manager will also be responsible for requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies, establishing work schedules and procedures, and planning, organizing, and overseeing operational logistics. The ideal candidate will be able to offer mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for persons with disabilities, newcomers, and refugees, as well as youth, veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities. The Logistics Operations Manager will work 40 hours per week and will be required to communicate in English.
