Job Title: Logistics Supervisor

RGC LOGISTICS LTD. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordination and Planning: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient logistics operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management on logistics performance and trends.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff as required.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews and co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure high productivity and quality standards.
  • Procurement and Inventory: Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies, and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Work Schedules and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient logistics operations.
  • Operational Logistics: Plan, organize and oversee the operational logistics of the organization.

  • Mentorship and Coaching: Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for persons with disabilities, newcomers and refugees, youth, Veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.

Working Conditions: This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The language of work is English.
