Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the day-to-day activities of our logistics department.

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required, but a degree in logistics or a related field would be an asset.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in logistics or a related field is required.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train workers in duties and policies
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
  • Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization
