Job Summary

New Thor Logistics is seeking a skilled Logistics Operations Manager to oversee the operational logistics of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and operations management, with experience in planning and organizing operational logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Logistics: Plan and organize operational logistics to ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
  • Leadership: Recruit and hire staff, train workers in duties and policies, and co-ordinate, assign and review work.
  • Materials Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies as needed.
  • Communication: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments and ensure effective communication throughout the organization.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in logistics and operations management
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
