Position Overview:

As the Prosthetics Marketing Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the annual strategic marketing framework for our prosthetic solutions. This position requires collaboration with various teams including the Managing Director, Sales, Customer Service, and Branding to implement effective marketing strategies aimed at enhancing growth and profitability within the prosthetic sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the annual strategic planning process for prosthetics, ensuring thorough coordination and presentation of marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive marketing scorecard, overseeing the execution of marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Analyze market trends and align marketing communications to reflect these insights.
  • Design and execute marketing campaigns for new product introductions and modifications.
  • Support global marketing initiatives that enhance customer engagement through digital platforms.
  • Oversee the management of the prosthetics website, focusing on maximizing traffic and user engagement.
  • Conduct analysis and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Manage relationships with external partners to ensure favorable media coverage and brand image.
  • Develop and implement a digital communication strategy, including social media engagement.
  • Forecast product demand based on market research and sales data.
  • Understand reimbursement pathways for prosthetics across regions and develop strategies to promote product adoption.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify new market opportunities.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and tools, integrating innovative practices into marketing strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and branding standards throughout the organization.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and contribute to a safe and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field; experience in prosthetics is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 5 years in marketing communications and project management.
  • Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns across various product lines.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing trends and user behavior.
  • Ability to analyze and monitor online marketing performance.
  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  • Results-driven with strong organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to interact effectively across different organizational levels.

Compensation:
