As the Prosthetics Marketing Lead, you will oversee the formulation of the annual strategic marketing framework for the prosthetics sector. Collaborating closely with the Managing Director, Regional Sales Managers, Sales Teams, Product Marketing Managers, Customer Service, and Branding and Communications teams, you will implement marketing strategies, initiatives, and messaging aimed at enhancing growth and profitability within the prosthetics division. This role necessitates a thorough understanding of the prosthetics marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the annual strategic planning process for prosthetics, which includes planning, coordinating, collaborating, facilitating, and presenting.
- Manage the development, upkeep, and assessment of the annual prosthetics marketing scorecard, ensuring the execution of designated marketing strategies and tactics.
- Monitor market trends and developments, aligning them with marketing communications plans and objectives.
- Design and execute marketing campaigns and communications for new product introductions and modifications.
- Support global initiatives that leverage digital capabilities to enhance customer awareness.
- Oversee the Ossur Canada prosthetics website, working to optimize site traffic across Ossur's web pages.
- Analyze and report on measurable outcomes from marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Manage various external partnerships (e.g., media, industry associations) to ensure favorable media coverage and enhance the image of our products and company.
- Develop and implement digital communications and social media strategies for Canada, including regular updates on key events, product launches, and news.
- Forecast product demand based on market analysis and sales trends.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of reimbursement pathways for prosthetics across all provinces, developing plans to drive adoption and product advocacy as needed.
- Conduct and analyze business trends, customer data, and competitive analysis to uncover new opportunities.
- Stay updated on the latest practices in digital marketing and new electronic marketing tools, sharing insights on their integration into marketing plans.
- Ensure all employees are knowledgeable about quality and branding requirements, receiving training during onboarding and orientation.
- Adhere to the company's safety regulations and values, including honesty, frugality, and courage.
Qualifications & Competencies:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field; experience in the prosthetics sector is advantageous.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing communications and project management.
- Proven experience managing marketing campaigns across various product lines.
- Extensive knowledge of digital marketing trends, tactics, and user behavior.
- Experience in managing and evaluating the performance of online marketing tools.
- Self-motivated, process-oriented, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Results-driven, with a track record of meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrated organizational and task management skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with individuals at various organizational levels.
The salary range for this full-time position is competitive and reflects the role, level, and location. Individual compensation is determined by work location and other factors, including job-related skills and experience.
